Sweet varieties are individual wrapped and heat sealed, the sweets are then placed within a box either wrapped within bubble wrap or tissue paper.

If you are ordering sweets as a gift for an occasion we recommend purchasing one of our gift boxes

If you want to send the sweets to a friend without buying a gift box, that’s cool too! You can even add a free gift note at the checkout.

 

Yes! You have the option to send the item as a gift to friends or family at their own address. You can also build your own gift box of sweets on our website. Please pick a empty gift box from the ‘Build your own gift section’ and follow the instructions.

Yes, but to save confusion we would ask you place these through the website as separate orders.

Our postage prices vary but you can see the most recent prices at the checkout.

We accept all mayor credit cards and pay-pal transactions, for large cooperate orders we can accept payment over the phone or via bank transfer.

We carry an ssl certificate on our website and all payments are carried through trusted providers. We will not pass your data onto any third party for marketing purposes.

You will receive an email confirmation which will act as a proof of purchase (please check your spam folders). If you would like a further invoice, please contact us and we will email one to you.

Customer satisfaction is our number one, if you have a problem with your order then please contact us straight away.

You will need to contact us prior to ordering to discuss your requirements. Pick and mix is bagged in an environment which contains nuts and other allergens.

If any items are wrong on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. On investigation we will refund any missing items.
