Returns Policy

Overview
You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund on the items you have ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will supply a returns label if goods are found to be faulty, unsatisfactory, damaged or there as been a picking error which is our fault. This label will be emailed and can be printed off and attached to the returns parcel.

For all other returns the customer is liable to cover the return cost.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, this includes a packing error where you are missing items from your order. You will only be refunded for the missing items and not for the whole order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be made within 3 working days. Please allow a further 3 – 5 working days for your refund to be processed by the payment processer.

Refunds will only be made back to the original payment method used to place the order..

We will not refund your initial postage fee unless we are at fault for the return.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email hello@postedsweets.co.uk to notify us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
